I’ve not grown these before so I’ve been searching for recipes and came across this one and couldn’t wait to try it! The fact our radishes are home grown make it tastier too. To make it I roasted the radishes for 30 mins, meanwhile frying chopped smoked bacon, grating cheese, and chopping chives. Once the rashes were roasted I covered in cheese, sprinkled bacon, and put it back in the oven until the cheese was bubbling then served sprinkled with freshly chopped chives. The recipe is keto-friendly too. This is certainly going to be staple on our menu over the summer.
