Totalling 6ha of vines across Meursault, Pommard, and Volnay holdings, Jean Michel worked with his father, Francois Gaunoux, of Domaine Francois Gaunoux, until establishing Domaine Jean Michel Gaunoux in 1990. Practicing lutte raisonne in the vineyard, Jean
