Just pop the rice into the sides of the Sushezi, place your favourite fillings down the middle, close the Sushezi and press it tight. Then you open the cap and squeeze out your Perfect Sushi Roll. You can choose to either wrap your perfect Sushi roll in nori, or to leave it as is, and maybe roll it in sesame seeds.
