it appears definitely to have been the log/order book of a baker

) I am not entirely certain if this is a drawing made after an earlier painting

it is quite a lovely thing--super elegant and refined

with interlocking wooden pieces that fit together to form a rectangle

Once there was litho on a few of these, leaving some nice color and interesting surfaces behind. Good for arranging and using as little pedestals for other things. These just make me happy and I like to look at them. Pinkish: 2 1 4" l. Green: 1 5 8" x 1 5 8". Most or all of them 19th c. I believe.
