The 10hp engine was lively, and through the two speed gearbox over 70mph was possible and even 40mph achieved up the steepest hills. Morgans also achieved considerable success in trials competitions throughout Britain and Europe. The Aero Sports was replaced in 1931 by the Super Sports to combat the emergence of new, cheap sports cars like the
