I found these little old squirrel hair brushes at an antique shop in New Hampshire and just thought they were great looking

which would have allowed it to be joined in of a line of other decoys floating along in a group

and I've got to say the yellow paint on it is intensely satisfying

which I love for its shape and the contrast between the near-black ebony with the near-white horsehair

featuring a wonderful interplay of patterns and textures

Charming and Cheerful Vintage Painted Wooden House floiwers I found these little oldJust a little charmer of a house, 1940s or so I would guess, which makes me want to to pot miniature pants and place them on on the front porch! And with its open windows, one just might want to perch a little cat on one ledge, too:) Very sweet. 8 w x 6 1 4 t x 5 7 8 d. A little paint loss and a bit of minor flaking but stable and structure is very sound.
