2024 Revela [Mariana Salvador] Alfrocheiro, Dão, Portugal Oban terroir-forward100% Alfrocheiro sourced from vineyards with decomposed granite planted in 2003 at 360m above sea level in Serra de Estrela Harvested by hand Partial carbonic macertaion with 50% whole bunches and 50% destemmed fruit pressed halfway through fermentation into a mixture of stainless steel, glass demijohns and used 225L barrels for 6 months Electric, juicy and herbaceous 1240 bottles produced.
