About 70% of the production is Cabernet Franc and 30% Chenin Blanc
NV Franz Strohmeier, TLZ 'Gelb No.7' Steiermark, Austria Folium Our bread and butter (literally)Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc the grapes are harvested by hand with a careful selection of only very healthy and ripe bunches. The grapes spend a couple of hours on skins, are gently pressed. Spontaneously fermented and matured for 10 months in used 300 liter wooden oak barrels. Unfined, unfiltered, no sulfur added.
