It would sing of lazy summer afternoons stretching into evenings and the smell of homemade bouillabaisse in pans big enough to feed an army

This is aromatically similar to the straight Corton though the equally large-scaled flavors are slightly finer though the impressively persistent finish is even more structured while displaying notably better balance at least for now

It is a very charming wine that I would prefer to drink over the next few years

Delta breezes and the associated fog allow us to retain above average acidity for the region
